Question HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

To look after your jewellery we recommend:

  • Jewellery should be the last thing to put on the and first thing to take off to avoid any earrings and necklaces catching on clothing.
  • Do not spray jewellery with perfume, deodorant or body spray.
  • Do not go to sleep with your jewellery on.
  • Avoid wearing jewellery in the shower, bath and swimming pool.
  • Ideally your jewellery should be stored in the box that it comes with.

Question HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY AND HOW IS MY ITEM DELIVERED?
AnswerGiedrem Design offers free UK delivery for standard orders. All UK jewellery orders are sent via special Recorded delivery with the Royal Mail and will need to be signed for.

All international orders will be sent via a tracked service with the Royal Mail which takes up to 5-10 business days to arrive depending on the destination country. Items sent to European address will need to be signed for and are more likely to arrive within 4-5 business days.

All of our jewellery is hand made to order and we aim to make your item within 1-3 days from the order date. If you would like the item sooner please email us at giedre@giedrem.com and we may be able to accommodate you.

Question CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS DIFFERENT TO MY CARD´S BILLING ADDRESS?
AnswerNo, unfortunately we are not allowed to send goods that have been purchased online to any other address other than the purchasing card address.
Question WHAT HAPPENS IF I BUY SOMETHING AND I DON’T LIKE IT?
AnswerYou can return your purchase within 14 days from receipt of your order, for a refund or exchange. Please note: Refunds or Exchanges do not apply to customised products e.g. bespoke orders, which cannot be returned.
